When it is our mistake
If a parcel arrives damaged, the wrong item was sent, or something is missing, tell us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a free return label (or ask you not to return low-value items) and refund the item in full.
When your customer changes their mind
You can use our warehouse as your return address for 30 days after delivery, so you can follow eBay's and other marketplaces' return rules. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. When the item comes back unused and resellable, we refund the item price to your card.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we re-ship or refund in full, your choice.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card used for the order through Stripe, never to a site balance. Once a refund is issued, your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your DropDock order number (or your marketplace order number), the reason and photos if the item is damaged.

Hata bizdeyse

Kayıp paketler

Geri ödeme nasıl yapılır
