1. Who we are
DropDockUSA ("we") is operated by FAST TMC LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. We hold products from Turkish and US makers in our warehouse in the Atlanta area and will ship them, one parcel per order, to the end customers of approved resellers ("you").
2. Approval and account
You need an approved reseller account to see the catalog and place orders. We may approve, decline or close an account, for example for non-payment, abuse of the returns process, or selling in a way that breaks marketplace rules or the law. Keep your feed link and API key private; orders placed with your key are your orders. You can replace the key at any time in Listing tools.
3. No membership, no prepayment
There is no subscription, wallet or deposit. You pay each order by card through Stripe when you place it. We never see or store your full card number. Refunds go back to the card used, never to a site balance.
4. Prices and stock
Prices are in US dollars and shown in the catalog, feed and API at the moment you order. The price you see is the price you pay: shipping to your customer is free, with no handling fee or surcharge. Stock comes from our own warehouse counts minus a safety buffer and is refreshed regularly. If an item turns out to be unavailable after payment, we tell you and refund that item in full.
5. Orders and addresses
One order is one parcel to one US address. You are responsible for giving us your customer's correct name and address; we check every address against USPS delivery data and do not accept addresses that cannot be found. If a parcel comes back because the address you gave was wrong, we re-ship it once you confirm the correct address; that second shipment is charged at the carrier's cost.
6. Blind shipping
Parcels go in a plain box with no invoice, price or DropDock branding. Details are in the Shipping Policy.

8. Your listings
You may use the product titles, descriptions and photos we provide only to list DropDock products you sell. You are responsible for your own listings, marketplace fees, sales tax collection where it applies to you, and customer service toward your buyers. Do not list products we do not carry under our SKUs.
9. Liability
Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or marketplace account penalties, except where the law does not allow this limit. Nothing here limits rights you have under your card's dispute process.
10. Changes
We give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing these terms. Orders already placed follow the terms in force when they were placed.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

1. Biz kimiz
DropDockUSA ("biz"), Georgia'da kayıtlı limited şirket FAST TMC LLC tarafından işletilir. Türk ve ABD'li üreticilerin ürünlerini Atlanta bölgesindeki depomuzda tutar, onaylı satıcıların ("siz") son müşterilerine her sipariş tek paket olacak şekilde göndereceğiz.
2. Onay ve hesap
Kataloğu görmek ve sipariş vermek için onaylı satıcı hesabı gerekir. Hesabı onaylayabilir, reddedebilir veya kapatabiliriz; örneğin ödeme yapılmaması, iade sürecinin kötüye kullanılması ya da pazar yeri kurallarını veya yasayı çiğneyen satışlar durumunda. Feed bağlantınızı ve API anahtarınızı gizli tutun; anahtarınızla verilen siparişler sizin siparişinizdir. Anahtarı İlan araçları bölümünden istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz.
3. Üyelik yok, ön ödeme yok
Abonelik, cüzdan veya depozito yoktur. Her siparişi verirken Stripe üzerinden kartla ödersiniz. Tam kart numaranızı görmeyiz ve saklamayız. İadeler kullanılan karta yapılır, site bakiyesine asla yapılmaz.
4. Fiyat ve stok
Fiyatlar ABD dolarıdır ve sipariş verdiğiniz anda katalog, feed ve API'de gösterilen fiyattır. Gördüğünüz fiyatı ödersiniz: müşterinize kargo ücretsizdir, hazırlık ücreti veya ek ücret yoktur. Stok, kendi depo sayımımızdan güvenlik payı düşülerek gelir ve düzenli güncellenir. Ödemeden sonra bir ürünün stokta olmadığı anlaşılırsa size bildirir ve o ürünün bedelini tamamen iade ederiz.
5. Siparişler ve adresler
Bir sipariş, ABD'deki tek bir adrese giden tek pakettir. Müşterinizin adını ve adresini doğru vermekten siz sorumlusunuz; her adresi USPS teslimat verisiyle kontrol eder, bulunamayan adresleri kabul etmeyiz. Verdiğiniz adres yanlış olduğu için paket geri gelirse, doğru adresi onayladığınızda tekrar göndeririz; ikinci gönderim kargo firmasının maliyetiyle ücretlendirilir.
6. Logosuz gönderim
Paketler faturasız, fiyatsız ve DropDock logosu olmayan düz kutuda gider. Ayrıntılar Kargo Politikası sayfasındadır.

8. İlanlarınız
Sağladığımız ürün başlıklarını, açıklamalarını ve fotoğraflarını yalnızca sattığınız DropDock ürünlerini listelemek için kullanabilirsiniz. Kendi ilanlarınızdan, pazar yeri ücretlerinden, size uygulanıyorsa satış vergisi tahsilatından ve alıcılarınıza verilen müşteri hizmetinden siz sorumlusunuz. Bizim taşımadığımız ürünleri bizim stok kodlarımızla listelemeyin.
9. Sorumluluk
Bir sipariş için toplam sorumluluğumuz, o sipariş için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Yasanın bu sınıra izin vermediği durumlar dışında kâr kaybı veya pazar yeri hesap cezaları gibi dolaylı kayıplardan sorumlu değiliz. Buradaki hiçbir şey kartınızın itiraz sürecindeki haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu şartları değiştirmeden en az 30 gün önce e-postayla bildiririz. Verilmiş siparişler, verildikleri tarihte geçerli şartlara tabidir.
11. Hukuk
Bu şartlara ABD Georgia eyaleti hukuku uygulanır.
