Where we ship
We ship from our warehouse in the Atlanta area to addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Every address is checked against USPS delivery data before the order is created.
Handling time
Your orders are handed to the carrier within 1 business day. "Shipped" means the carrier has scanned the parcel. A printable Shipping SLA is available for your marketplace records.
Carriers and tracking
We use USPS, UPS and FedEx only. Every order gets a tracking number in the catalog under My orders and in the API, ready to upload to your marketplace.
Blind packing
Plain box, no invoice, no prices, no DropDock or maker branding unless the product itself carries the maker's brand. The return address on the label is our warehouse.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free for resellers. The price you see in the catalog is the price you pay; there is no shipping line, handling fee or surcharge on top.

Nereye gönderiyoruz

Kargo firmaları ve takip
Sadece USPS, UPS ve FedEx kullanırız. Her siparişin takip numarası katalogda Siparişlerim bölümünde ve API'de görünür, pazar yerinize yüklemeye hazırdır.
Logosuz paketleme
Düz kutu; fatura, fiyat, DropDock veya üretici logosu yoktur (ürünün kendisi üreticinin markasını taşıyorsa o kalır). Etiketteki iade adresi depomuzdur.
Kargo ücreti
Satıcı için kargo ücretsizdir. Katalogda gördüğünüz fiyatı ödersiniz; üstüne kargo, hazırlık veya ek ücret eklenmez.
